AAM PANNA.........

As you all know I just came back from amazing weekend but the sun has done its damage skin burn, rashes and the most important of all dehydration My skin tanned and dehydrated
Soooo here comes my rescue.....
My best drink for summer aam panna,

Aam ka panna is made from raw mangoes. the drink is slightly sour and sweet to taste with a hint of black salt

Back home we avoid the unhealthy drinks in the summers and take recourse in the bountiful blessings that mother nature gives us. watermelons, mangoes, musk melons, cucumber, fresh kokum, lemons… all these are the fruits which are great summer coolers and help you a lot in tolerating the heat and heat stroke.

BENEFITS OF AAM PANNA
It  quenches thirst and prevents the excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron during summer due to excessive sweating

considered beneficial in the treatment of gastric-intestinal disorders

This drink is also a good source of vitamin B1 and B2 and contains sufficient quantity of niacin, and since it is prepared from raw mangoes it is an excellent source of vitamin C also.
