2. STRETCH YOUR LEGS.....

place both hands against the wall ,put one foot in front of the other and bend your knee,making sure your knee don't reach beyond your toes.Keep your back and leg straight and feel the stretch for 60 seconds .And repeat on the other side

Women shouldn't regularly drink more than two three units per day.
