1. GRAPE FRUIT
The faster you eat,the more air you let int your body , which puffs your out.
Luckily, this summer staple is tough to eat, slowing you down.

The plan lasts for 12 days. Most versions promise a 10-pound weight loss during that time.






2.COTTAGE CHEESE

Spread some salt free onto whole grain toast for a satisfying lunch option that won't round you out. its easy to digest, and the fibber push  from the grains will help normalise digestion.

3 CUCUMBER WATER


Plain water can be a boring necessity, Diet Coke is bad for you, lemon water may be rough on your teeth if consumed in large quantities, and adding juice also adds calories. Flavouring water with fresh fruit slices and herbs is an easy, healthy alternative.
Dehydration can inflate your stomach since air builds up in your colon, backing up your digestive track.

Ditch the salt, and add flavour with the chopped garlic.

The good fats that speed up digestion, so food exist the stomach fast.









6. ASPARAGUS

The green veggie is rich in calcium and magnesium, two nutrients that help your body digest food properly.
