FOCUS ON POSITIVE.............

Lately I have been surrounded with so many negative people and their negative thoughts Staying positive in the world today requires a lot a motivation and believe in your self here are my top 10 tips to stay positive.....

1 Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

 Look for a bright side in every situation. We will find that there are surprising benefits within them. If we do this long enough, it will become habitual, and it will make a tremendous difference in improving our positive thinking skills. Say "I can!" more than "I can't!" Remember, everything can be framed positively; make a relentless effort to do so











2.Smile. 

Many studies have demonstrated that even a forced smile can lift ones mood! We may also share positivity with others by flashing them with a brilliant smile. Smiling is a reward, not a risk. The only thing we risk when smiling is a giving our self a little more happiness.




3.Surround ourselves with positive activities.

 Whether watching movies or shopping with friends, we can try to occupy our day in a positive way. For example, entertainment should always be positive. A funny movie makes us laugh whereas a sad movie will make us cry and/or feel bad, although a "sad" movie can also be uplifting in a beautiful way.




4.Surround ourselves with friends. 

Appreciate the people in your life who have stood by us through thick and thin. Enlist their support to help us become more positive, and in the process we will probably help them too. Friends help each other through the good times and bad. Feel positive about them and feel lucky to have good friends.





5.Make goals. Goals

 give us a more positive outlook on life. People who are bored with life and feel stuck are usually feeling depressed. Setting goals helps people move forward.
Start small with your goals. Don't shoot for the moon right away. Slow and steady wins the race.





6.Don't be afraid of failure.

 To paraphrase Franklin D. Roosevelt, the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. We will fall down and make mistakes. It's about how we get back up again that counts. If we're expecting to succeed, but not afraid of failure, we have the best chance of staying positive throughout it all.



7Create life from within.

 If we want more success, focus on all the ways that we are already successful. If we want more love, focus on all the people that already care about us and the abundance of love we have to give to others. If we want to create greater health, focus on all the ways that we are healthy, and so on and so forth.

Don't sweat the small stuff. Everyone in life is confronted with things that seem important at the time but aren't really an issue if we step back and have proper perspective. What do most people consider the truly important things in life?
Health and safety
Friends and family
Love
Happiness

Some things that are often confused with having lasting importance:
Money
Material objects
Fame
Seniority

8 Determine Your Desired Outcome
The problem with many people is that they really don't know what they want out of life or a particular situation. Take a moment a decide what it really is that you want out of a life event. Clear intentions yield clear results while fuzzy desires yield fuzzy results.



9 EXERCISE
Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.




10.Be happy
Now i don't have to describe this just be happy.
