DIY FUN BATH JELLIES.......

Hi Everyone!  I wanted to give you all a new and refreshing Do It Yourself project.
Tired of using  soaps or shower gel for bath, will be showing you how to make Bath Jellies. This is basically a body wash but in jelly form. It makes taking a bath or shower super fun and like playing with jello!  You can also store the jellies into jars and gift them for Diwali or for your BFFs birthday or pretty much any occasion.

Let’s get started.......

ALL YOU NEED IS....

2 packages of unflavoured gelatin
3/4 Cup boiling water
1/2 Cup shampoo, shower gel or castile soap
30 drops-essential or fragrance oils ( i used jojoba oil u can use coconut oil also )
body safe colouring if desired
1 tsp salt
Desired molds. Silicone molds, square mold, shallow fun shaped molds or muffin tin molds. Could also use small plastic jars.
body safe glitter if desired

-Pour the packets of gelatin into the boiling water. Stir completely using a wire whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.

-Add the shampoo and the essential oil or fragrance oil and one or two drops of body safe colouring, if desired. Stir gently.

-Stir in the salt and pour into desired molds.

-There will be air bubbles so spritz them out with a spoon.

-Place in refrigerator uncovered.

Once the mixes are cool, I like to scoop out the jelly into the jars.  By scooping it, it creates texture and also reflects the light in a pretty neat way.  You can also use cookie cutters to make fun and cute shapes! That’s all to it! It’s pretty straight forward like cooking jello.

Then go jump in the shower and try them out! They will stay longer and fresher if kept in a cool, dry place.

Love,
Aaisha
